Pick up and meet your guide at hotel. Transfer to Tra Que Province.
Arrived to Tra Que Village, attend cooking class in local house, many organic vegetables are produced for local communities. In the village, we will be demonstrating ecologically sustainable practices that local people have used for centuries to cultivate and are still widely used. We visited a local family,where you will take a pleasant walk through the garden and learn the different types of culinary herbs and vegetables which will be used in the cooking class. Meet your chef at the restaurant and learn the recipes; how to prepare and cook Banh Xeo – a Vietnamese pancake, famous Vietnamese spring rolls, and Tam Huu salad. After a short, informal and informative cooking class, we sat down to enjoy a delicious lunch. After lunch, we wandered through the narrow streets and winding streets of the neighborhood.
Then move to Hoi An ancient town,where you will visit the majestic Kwan Temple, Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, 200 years old Tan Ky Old House, Japanese Cover Bridge and the Historic and Cultural Museum.
Continue to go “Xu dang trong” to learn how to make lanterns_symbol of Hoian. This is main traditional trades of Hoian people.
